A blog following my journey as my family and I change our lifestyle. We are changing our diet to pure healthy! Our diet is made up of white meat, lentils and fruits and veggies. My hope is to cut out all dairy and processed foods!
I plan on updating my progress and diet daily. I will include my husbands and my weight and measurements weekly.
Recipes and pictures will be part of this blog as well as foods that I am feeding my very picky 2 year old, Blake and 8 month old, Brianna.
